Bill provides expertise that has accrued
from more than 30 years as a consultant and business advisor to entrepreneurial-led
mid-market companies, and through his experience as the former president
of the international division of Butler Manufacturing Company, a
global supplier of non-residential building construction solutions.
Bill assists clients with strategy development, executive
leadership coaching, and redesigning the structure of the company’s
organization to improve operational efficiency, strengthen management
accountability, and increase bottom-line performance. In addition,
Bill works with clients to design and implement ownership exit strategies,
select and develop next generation leaders, improve ownership governance
structures, and address complex family issues. He has spoken to industry
and professional associations on issues critical to the success of
high performance businesses.
Bill has a degree in Economics from Ohio State University,
and received his Masters of International Management degree from
Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is the Chairman of the
Advisory Board of the Office of International Programs at the University
of Kansas and has served on the board of the Kansas Chamber of Commerce.
